Josh, Editor and Contributor

the Basics, End User Reviews

Josh is a full time student and fencer, a part time fencing coach and referee, and a part time blogger because he enjoys both writing and now the thrill of on-site coverage he was introduced to covering the iPhone 3G launch.  He also enjoys walking his dogs, reading both great works of literature and culture and Star Wars Novels, and listens mostly to oldies music, being a former oldies radio station staffer.  He’s an E08 foilist and an D08 epeeist with USFOC referee ratings of 6 in both foil and epee.

He recently acquired his first Mac computer, a MacBook Pro, and plans never to look back to Windows.  He’s an avid iPod Touch User, Ars Technica Reader, and xkcd fan.  In his spare time he enjoys working with the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop.

Lord of the Dance

Ed is a student at Northwestern University in Film. Ed likes to fence and … dance. He also has a shaggy lumberjack beard, although that may soon become Chester A. Arthur-styled chops.  Ed can be reached at ed.neutrondawn@gmail.com

Mac usage, Reviews

Kerby is here because he figures if he’s already supporting and using Macs at work, using a Mac for all of his school work, and spending all of his free time at home working with Macs, he might as well contribute to a tech blog using his Macs too. And what better a project to work on than one with his best friends?

He is currently an Electrical and Computer Engineering student at Purdue University, where he works for the Engineering Computer Network doing Mac support.

While not in front of a Mac, dabbling with his electric guitar, or on XBox Live, Kerby can be reached at kerby.neutrondawn@gmail.com
